1. 1-minute mug brownie!
Ingredients: •3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour •3 tablespoons cocoa powder •3 tablespoons brown sugar •3 tablespoons of oil (canola/coconut/sunflower) •3 tablespoons of water •Half a tablespoon of vanilla extract •A pinch of salt •2 teaspoons of chocolate chips 1)Mix together all of the ingredients in a mug. 2)Mix in the chocolate chips. 3)Microwave for 45-60 seconds. Timings may vary so keep an eye on it!! Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. 4)Serve warm with vanilla ice cream & enjoy! 2. Ice-cream cookie sandwiches! This recipe is so easy and super delicious! Ingredients: •Cookies •Ice-cream in any flavour you fancy 1)Sandwich the ice cream between two cookies. Serve immediately or freeze to eat later! 3. Strawberry, banana and Nutella smoothie! Ingredients: •400ml of milk (almond/coconut/soy) •1 sliced banana •6 sliced strawberries •2 tablespoons of Nutella •Can add some ice if desired •Can sprinkle with some cocoa nibs or chia seeds on top! 1)Blend all the ingredients together and serve! 4. Peanut butter sandwich cookies dipped in chocolate! Ingredients: •400ml of milk (almond/coconut/soy) •Smooth or crunchy peanut butter •30 round butter-flavoured crackers e.g. Ritz crackers •1 cup of chocolate chips or a bar of milk/dark chocolate •1 tablespoon of butter •Baking paper 1)Spread peanut butter on half of the crackers; top with remaining crackers to make sandwiches. Refrigerate until firm. 2)In a bowl over simmering water or in a microwave, melt chocolate chips/bar of chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth. 3)Dip sandwiches in chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip off. Place on baking paper and let stand until set. 5. Indoor S’mores! Ingredients: •1 cup of chocolate chips •Around 8 large marshmallows •Crackers or biscuits for dipping 1)Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 2)In a cast iron skillet or any pan, you can put in the oven, add the chocolate chips. 3)Snip the large marshmallows in half and top the chocolate chips with them. 4)Once the oven is warmed up, add the skillet to the oven. 5)Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. 6)Serve with crackers/biscuits for scooping.
